What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 8 to 5. Call or text during those hours and we'll get you on the schedule as soon as we can. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message and we'll follow up the next business morning.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Conway and central Arkansas, including Greenbrier, Vilonia, Mayflower, Maumelle, and the North Little Rock and Little Rock area. If you're nearby and not sure whether you're in our range, just ask and we'll let you know.
Are estimates really free?
In our free estimate range, yes. It depends on your location, so tell us your address when you call or text and we'll let you know right away. Either way, we come out, look at the actual problem, and give you a written estimate with upfront pricing before any work starts. The price we put in writing is the price you pay.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available, so a bigger repair or a new water heater doesn't have to wait. Just ask when we give you your estimate and we'll walk you through the options.
Is it better to call or text, and how fast will you get back to me?
Either way works, and you'll always reach a real person. Calling is great if you want to talk it through, and texting is handy if you'd rather send a quick note or a photo of the leak or fixture. We usually get back to you the same business day, and a photo often helps us understand the problem before we arrive.
